12 inch ash bow cleat has handle, jam cleat, and fairlead opening, stainless steel hardware included, marine spar varnish finish. The wood cleat is roughed out by machine and then finished by hand with files and sandpaper until all surfaces are extremely smooth. A minimum of three coats of marine spar varnish containing UV and mildew prohibitors are then rubbed on by hand to give the wood cleats the durable finish your boating accessories deserve.
